brittgoingfit: so while i have not fallen off the bandwagon completely, this sugar thing is really hard. i’ve had a few bites of sweet things, but no where near the volume i used to consume. i’ve had a few more simple carbs than i’ve wanted overall, but otherwise, i’ve been really on top of my eating and working… Homemade sweets should be immune from diet restraints! But yeah this is hardcore...
